VISUAL TERRAIN, INC DESIGNS LIGHTING FOR THE
25TH ANNIVERSARY
RE-CREATION OF “WE ARE THE WORLD”
Visual Terrain designers Jeff Ravitz and Kristie Roldan were honored with the task of designing the lighting for the 25th anniversary re-creation of Quincy Jones' and Michael Jackson's We Are The World.
The video made its debut during the opening ceremonies broadcast of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.

JEFF RAVITZ TO LD AT WHISTLER
OLYMPIC MEDAL CEREMONIES
Lighting designer, Jeff Ravitz has signed on as co-designer and TV Lighting Director of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games nightly Victory Ceremonies to be held at the Whistler Medals Plaza. Every evening, the day’s medal winners will be honored and cheered on at the 8000 capacity event plaza in the heart of Whistler Village, followed by musical performances by artists such as Usher and The Fray. Check local TV and web listings for broadcast schedules.
“I was thrilled and honored to be asked by show designer, Nathan Wilson, and Epic Production Technologies, to participate in this history-making series of events,” comments Ravitz. “The shows and ceremonies are being crafted with the highest attention to quality, which makes the project particularly gratifying.”
The first ceremony will be presented February 13, 2010.
